Anthem Blue Cross of California 7/1/2010 51-99 Rate Action
After a full year of either new business rate passes or moderate increases, Anthem Blue Cross announced another moderate medical rate increase for July 1, 2010 new business rates. We are excited about the consistency of their pricing changes!
